Congressman Ehlers' letter, June 2003

    The following is the letter, with 155 signatures, delivered by Congressman Ehlers to VA, HUD and IA Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman James T. Walsh, and Ranking Member Alan B. Mollohan, requesting that the NSF FY 2004 budget be set at $6.39 billion.
